Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can you groom my pet while I’m at work? What if I need to leave during the appointment?
A: Absolutely! Many of our clients aren’t home during their pet’s grooming appointment. We can arrange secure access to your pet using a key box, door code, or garage keypad. Payment can be made online or by placing a card on file.
For new clients, we ask that you be present at the first appointment to introduce your pet to our groomer. Additionally, please ensure your pet is contained in one room or a kennel to help us start promptly and provide the best care.

Q: What breeds do you groom?
A: We do not have a breed or weight limit. However, if a dog cannot be carried, they must be able to step into the grooming bus independently or with owner assistance. Additionally, all pets must fit safely in our grooming tub.
For safety reasons, we do not service pets with a history of aggression.

Q: Why is mobile grooming more expensive?
A: Mobile grooming offers a luxury, one-on-one experience for your pet in a stress-free environment—right at your doorstep! Unlike a traditional grooming shop, we provide:
✔ Personalized service with no distractions or wait times
✔ Top-of-the-line products tailored to your pet’s needs
✔ Convenience—no car rides, no drop-offs, no waiting
Additionally, groomers take on multiple roles (hairstylist, nail tech, bather, and more) while working with unpredictableanimals. And unlike human hairstylists, we sometimes deal with potty messes and the occasional attempt at a bite! 😆
Our pricing reflects the quality, care, and convenience we bring directly to you.

Q: Will you make a mess in my home? Do you need access to power or water?
A: Nope! Our fully equipped mobile grooming bus has everything we need, including a quiet generator, fresh water tank, and gray water tank. We never need to use your home’s water, power, or facilities.

Q: What vaccines do you require?
A: For the safety of all pets in our care, we strongly recommend that pets be up to date on all vaccines.
We require all pets (16 weeks and older) to have a current rabies vaccination. In some cases, we may accept a letter from your veterinarian or a valid titer test.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Cash App. Payment is due at the time of service.
